Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for the legality of their workflows, the quality of the source systems connected to managent, and the users they authorize to access the platform.
Service changes
We may update features, models, integrations, and operational controls as the product evolves, provided those changes do not materially reduce core contracted functionality without notice.
